Oxi did a great job cleaning the super dirty carpet! There was no noticeable cleaning material smell afterwards and the carpet was dry after a very short period of time. I'll recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a carpet cleaner. I'll definitely use their service again!

Being up front about how long carpet takes to dry- the master bedroom is still damp Saturday evening and the stairs were almost swishy wet right after and still damp.
We did appreciate the last minute schedule.

Mike was very prompt and did a great job. What was quoted to us was what was charged. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I'm basing my review on past work. Due to issues on your end, the recent work was never done. From these requests for reviews I'd say you have a communication problem within the company.
