I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Tim the technician. Tim went out of his way to thoroughly explain which solvents were being used and gave me a clear idea of how likely it was that the tough stains would come out. I really appreciated how much care and attention Tim put into tackling those stubborn spots. Tim took his time and, for the most part, was successful in removing them. Thanks to his efforts, our carpets look so much better than before. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the process.

Our carpets always look beautiful after Oxi fresh has cleaned them. We have an older dog that has a few accidents from time to time. Oxi fresh has always been able to get all of our stains out. Also, Tim is always very friendly, professional, and on time.
