Derek was great, very professional and personable. We are very happy with the results of our cleaning. We paid extra for the sanitizer and were immediately glad because it smelled great and really helped with the lingering pet smell that we couldn't seem to get rid of. Will absolutely refer others and call in the future! Thank you!

I have only used the service once. Too soon for a 10. The service person (I cannot recall his name at the moment) was very thorough, knowledgeable about the product and friendly. If we use your service again he will be the person we will request.
