I have only used the service once. Too soon for a 10. The service person (I cannot recall his name at the moment) was very thorough, knowledgeable about the product and friendly. If we use your service again he will be the person we will request.

It would have been good to know the actual drying time frame.
We still had damp spots on Thursday morning, and was overall still very damp on Wednesday morning. There were a couple of black stained spots that didn't come out completely and the heavy traffic areas didn't get as clean as I had hoped. Those heavy traffic stains were probably just too imbedded to come out, so I don't hold that against the company.
