I had a great experience with Jamal from Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. He was professional, punctual, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the cleaning method and ensured all areas were thoroughly treated. My carpets looked noticeably cleaner and refreshed after the service. Overall, Jamal delivered excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of reliable carpet cleaning.

Service was prompt. Very short dry time. Stain snd odor eliminator worked well on heavily soiled older carpet, not 100% but much better than it was.
