I had had a positive previous experience with Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Services a few years ago while I was staying with my father as a care giver. This most recent experience echoes the same results. Setting up the home appointment to have the carpet cleaning done was quick, easy and simple. The level of communication with the "office" and the actual carpet cleaning technician(s) is outstanding throughout the process.
The actual process was done efficiently, and the drying period afterwards was quicker than in the few cases where I used a carpet cleaner device rented from a grocery store and done by another service. We had two areas of mild stains in the carpeting which were picked up by the cleaning process.
I have offered the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning services as a reliable resource whenever someone has asked if I know of a "good service". The price is also a key factor in using these services.
