My technician was Dave who had come to my home last year to also clean a couple of my carpets (I have a large dog, so cleaning the carpets is something that I prefer to do once a year). Dave was very professional and very friendly, and it was a real pleasure to have him do the work. I am also very pleased the results, especially because my dog had an "accident" on one of the carpets and after I had tried to clean the mess myself there was still a stain. Dave was able to correct that situation and the stain is now gone.
I already plan to have Dave come out again next year to my carpeting once again!

Dave arrived on-time and did a quick, but efficient job for me. I had one large, carpeted room, four smaller areas (hallways?) and a stairway. Dave did the job in about an hour and the results were very good. The carpeting took slightly longer to dry than the one-hour claimed on the corporate website, but the entire space is below grade (a walk-out basement), so that is probably the reason for the added to the drying time. And for me the additional drying time was irrelevant.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Oxi-Fresh and Dave and I will definitely call them again the next time I need a carpet or area rug cleaned. Highly recommended.
