I love the fact that I talked to real people from the first call.
Jesse helped me through the entire process very kindly and patiently.

All loose lint was removed, but the coating on the tubing and inside the dryer is still there.

The carpet itself looks clean, and I appreciate the work that was done. However, I was disappointed that the areas along the baseboards and edges of the room were still noticeably dirty after the cleaning. Those spots stood out and made it seem like the job was not fully completed. I was expecting those areas to receive more attention as part of the service.
