I was impressed. He was very polite and informative. He said which stains will come out and which stains may not. This was a stairwell going to the basement consisting of 13 steps and a landing. Much foot traffic and dog traffic. He took the time he wanted perhaps 30 or 45 minutes, wasn't paying attention as was not intrusive to me watching TV. And when he was finished All of the stains were removed from the plush Berber carpet. He warned me some stains may not but they did. I think he tried harder, fact he said he did. I was impressed, added a $20 tip for him. I know this is a long review but I am retired and have plenty of time. Plenty of time.
