Your technician was very nice and personable but he pulled up in an old beat up van with no lettering indicating he was from your company. I literally thought he was one of the guys going through the neighborhood looking for scrap metal to recycle until he came up the driveway and introduced himself. No professional looking uniform. Looking a little rough. His name was Zack. Again, a very nice guy but that's not the first impression I would tolerate from the people that work for me. The cleaning was okay. I know there are worn spots and he even gave suggestions on what to do to make it better with a carpet rake. I also know the carpet is older. The family room came out better than expected but the rest of the house was less than expected. Next time I will try someone else to be honest.
