Carpet cleaning is so effective, even pet stains were gone and no longer smelled at all. Our carpet looks new once again.

The strong chemical smell bothered my asthma.
Also, people should warned that adjacent hard flooring will be wet and slippery. I had a bad fall because I was not warned and I couldn't see that it was wet.
My technician was extremely nice and explained things in detail otherwise.
