Booking with Oxi Fresh was incredibly easy from start to finish! I hired them for a move-out carpet cleaning in a rental home, and the entire experience was seamless. Although the technician was running a little behind schedule, he called ahead to keep me updated and let me know exactly when he would arrive, which I really appreciated.
Ronnie was professional, courteous, and efficient. He walked through the space with me before getting started and even adjusted the price, giving me a $26 discount when he realized the room was smaller than originally estimated. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out.
The carpets looked great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Oxi Fresh again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The tech we had was super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice that we didn't have to have our door open for hoses or anything. Dried in a few hours in some spots that they worked a little harder to get out. Other than that it was fast drying and new looking in no time!

Technician Ronnie did a wonderful job. He arrived on time after first calling. He answered all our questions and explained what he was doing. We give him very high marks. We especially like that the dry time was so short since this time of the year, we cannot comfortably open windows.
