We had such an amazing experience with our carpet cleaners! For over a year, we had a stubborn liquid chalk stain from our daughter right in the middle of our carpet that I had completely given up on. I had tried everything to get it out with no luck, and honestly thought it was permanent. When the cleaning team came, they were so professional, friendly, and confident—and to my surprise, they got the stain out completely. The carpet looks brand new again, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Beyond the incredible work they did, the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every area looked great. It's rare to find a company that combines such amazing customer service with this level of skill, but they absolutely delivered.
