The service person was very polite and efficient. He accommodated us by moving a couple light pieces of furniture so he could accomplish the job. Your company also has an special application of odor eliminating solution that works very well on my cat areas where she has accidents.

I was very impressed by the quality of the job done and service tech that did it! Omar was incredibly friendly and very good at doing the work. Our carpet was so badly stained, we thought it was beyond the point of being restored. Financially, we aren't able to get it replaced right now, so it was worth a shot at having it cleaned. For a very good price, Omar did his magic and we couldn't be more pleased!

They came on time, explained each step they were working on, products they were using. Showed me where the stains were and where they used to be. Made sure I was happy with the completed process.
