I was scheduled for 12:30 and built my day around that. I had meetings 2-3 and 3-4. The arrival time kept getting pushed which was extremely frustrating. You could do a much better job at scheduling if you actually talked with customers to determine their needs than the limited info you get from the on line booking questions. The job before me was much more work than expected and far away. You need to allow your tech more time between jobs and schedule more appropriate appointment durations.
