Jesse was very professional! He took the time to address all my concerns, answer all my questions and educate me on the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning process. I loved that the process uses MUCH less water and other than one heavily soiled area that had to be pre-treated, the carpet was dry within a few hours and we were able to move furniture back in place. I will be using this company going forward to clean my rug. Thank you, Jesse, from a new fan in Englewood.

We got a new puppy and the technician had a special light that was able to identify hidden soil spots on the carpet and treat them with a tool that penetrated to the carpet pad without damaging the carpet. Our carpet also had some visible stains that are no longer there and they used way less water than traditional cleaning.
