I found you online and made an appointment online for the very next day. It was so easy! The technician, Patrick, called and let me know he was on the way. He had finished a prior job earlier than expected and gave me the option of him arriving earlier than his appointed time or I could wait for the appointed time and he would come then. I chose for him to come early. Patrick was very prompt, courteous and very kind. Prior to this booking of your service I had always used Stanley Steemer for my carpet cleaning needs. I found me a new carpet cleaner in Oxi Fresh! Love the technique they use to clean the carpets without saturating my carpets and pad. I have highly recommended your services to others.

Oxi Fresh of Mobile was able to remove 99.999% of a severe stain off a brand new couch. It looks virtually spotless.
Also, my appointment was at 5:00 in the evening and I was called early because they were ahead of schedule to see if they could come earlier, which worked out perfectly.
If you're looking for some upholstery to be professionally cleaned, go no where else!
