I would suggest doing better on quoting. There is now way for me to give exact square footage of the rooms that I needed cleaned but "quoter" guessed and gave me a price and told me it may NOT be this much. However when cleaner arrived and cleaned he handed me a bill that was $100 more than quoted! Not what I expected. So to get 3 standard size bedroom carpets cleaned, 2 bathrooms and kitchen tile cleaned it was $350. I honestly don't believe my 20% discount was applied. The carpet looked great but really couldn't tell a much of a difference in the tile. Except the floor boards are now dirty from the overspray.
