When we booked the appointment we were told the cleaner would move furniture. Grant you everything was moved but a lamp and a round coffee table. Before he started he said he doesn't know why they told us he would move anything he doesn't do that but said he would move that for us and clean grant you when he was finishing up we asked and he said he moved them cleaned and put them back. It was a lie he never moved them and never cleaned those areas so now we have a 3 ft diameter dirty spot and a 1 ft dirty spot when everything else is decent. He also said that it's not really carpet cleaning but deodorizing the carpet. So keep this in mind
