Charles Kules

Director of Franchise Development

Chuck KulesChuck studied at the University of Minnesota after serving in the United States Army out of high school. He bought a franchise shortly thereafter, selling it back a few years later after he turned it into the top producing franchise in the entire business. Shortly thereafter he was recruited by a fraternal life insurance company, advancing through the ranks in his fifteen years with this company, eventually becoming the National Sales Director. He then went on to an executive position with another company, from whom he retired after ten years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Later, while tinkering with some opportunities in importing, he met Jonathan Barnett. Jonathan was in the process of building a business model that he could franchise across the entire country, his business was based on a “green” low moisture carpet cleaning system, with high profile marketing and high tech booking and management systems. After watching Mr. Barnett and seeing the Oxi Fresh concept emerge, Mr. Kules bought the first franchise, now located in Northern Colorado. He also become the Director of Franchise Development with Oxi Fresh, helping guide the company in it’s pursuit of building relationships with potential franchisees - something Mr. Kules does expertly.

Chuck enjoys traveling the world with his family and is an avid hunter and outdoor enthusiast. You could easily hear that he is fly fishing in Montana, or stalking bone fish off the Florida Keys, or even playing golf in Aruba. Whatever he does though, he does it with a passion born out of a love of life and family. He puts it best: "My life has been blessed with wonderful family and friends, we have shared hardship and prosperity, failure and success, disappointment and great joy, and now we have a new devotion to the success of Oxi Fresh and everyone who is associated with it."
