How We Clean Hardwood Floors
We follow a multi-step method for our cleaning that ensures we’re thorough and efficient. Our specialized cleaning equipment and solutions will be gentle on your floor, but tough on trapped deposits of oils and dirt.
Here’s an overview of what to expect when you book our Olympia hardwood floor cleaning.
Step 1
First, we will examine the hardwood floors that you want us to clean. We’ll be checking for areas with heavy soiling that might need extra attention.
Step 2
Then, we will vacuum your hardwood floor. We do this pre-clean step to ensure any debris is removed from the surface that could act as an abrasive against the wood during the treatment.
Step 3
We will then use the OF2000, our revolutionary cleaning machine, to both apply our pretreatment solution and to thoroughly agitate the floor with a special brush. After the floors have been scrubbed, the machine also extracts the product and the dirt it’s dissolved.
Step 4
Using the OF2000, we’ll apply a second cleaning solution. As before, the machine will apply the product, scrub the floor with its brush, and extract the debris and solution.
(Optional) Step 5
Once we’re done cleaning, you’ll have the option to select an additional protective service. Our Oxi Floor Refinisher is a urethane coating that will give your hardwood floor a beautiful semi-gloss finish.
