Step 1
We begin by doing a full inspection of the carpets that you want us to clean. This examination allows us to locate problem areas that may require extra attention.

A pretreatment is then applied to areas with heavy soiling. The pretreatment uses enzymes to break down tough deposits of dirt without harming the carpet underneath.
Step 3
We then use our core carpet cleaner. This requires the use of two different products. The first is an oxygenated booster that breaks apart debris, while the second is an encapsulator that locks debris away in micro-crystals.
Step 4
Next, we use the OF1000, our revolutionary cleaning machine. The OF1000 uses dual, counter-rotating brushes to agitate debris free from the carpet and extract it.
Step 5
Last, we will vacuum and groom the carpet to a professional finish.
