We will begin by inspecting the hardwood floors that you need us to clean. During this inspection we will find out where grime has been building up, the overall condition of the floor, and any damage it has sustained.
Step 2
Vacuuming the hardwood floor is the next step, because we want to get debris and grit off the floor. Debris can become abrasive during cleaning, and if that happens it could even cause damage to your hardwood. We also want to make sure that anything our solutions won’t break down is removed.
Step 3
Our OF2000 hardwood floor cleaning machine applies a pretreatment to the thickest layers of grime on the hardwood floor. This enzyme-powered cleaner breaks down these layers without harming the wood underneath.
Step 4
The OF2000, along with our core cleaning solution, is used to ensure that the entire surface of your floor is clean before we are finished.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once cleaning is over, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant. Oxi Fresh uses a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating to help keep grime off of your floor.
