Our Proven Process
In the absence of sanding and varnish, how can we deliver such an effective hardwood floor cleaning? The secret is in our non-intrusive proven four-step process. Check it out:
Step 1 – We thoroughly inspect your floors, checking for heavily soiled areas and any other areas of concern.
Step 2 – Then, we vacuum your floors, freeing them from any loose debris that could act as an abrasive during the cleaning process.
Step 3 – Next, we apply a pretreatment solution to break up dirt and oils on your hardwood flooring. Oxi Fresh’s special OF2000 cleaning machine combines product application, agitation, and extraction processes to both effectively and gently clean your floors, without oversaturating them.
Step 4 – Again, using the OF2000 machine, we apply our follow-up cleaning solution to the floors, leaving them looking pristine.
Step 5 (Optional) – Upon completion of your Irmo hardwood floor cleaning, ask your technician about our optional Oxi Floor Refinisher product. This urethane coating leaves a beautiful semi-gloss finish and works to protect your hardwood floor.
