How We Clean
Dirt, oils, and stains are no match for the remarkable products we utilize. Our Lawton hardwood floor cleanings are also gentle on your floor. We don’t use sand-and-refinish processes like some other hardwood floor cleaning companies do. We actually clean the floor!
So how do we clean your floors? With this five-step process:
Step 1: First we examine the floor and look for particularly soiled or damaged areas. We walk through the area with you and keep you informed on the results you can expect.
Step 2: Next we vacuum the floor to remove any insoluble debris that could become abrasive under the weight of our cleaning machine.
Step 3: Then we use our OF2000 hardwood floor-cleaning machine to apply a pretreatment solution to the floor. The pretreatment uses enzymes to break down grime at the molecular level, while the OF2000 agitates the surface of the floor and extracts dirt.
Step 4: We make another pass with the OF2000, this time apply our core cleaning solution.
Step 5: This step is optional, but we definitely recommend it. Our Oxi Floor Refinisher product protects your floor under a temporary urethane coating that leaves a semi-gloss finish while repelling grime.
