How We Clean
To deliver the results that our customers have come to expect from us, we use a five-step process.
Step 1
We begin by inspecting the hardwood floor. This reveals any damage, which we will let you know about, and also where the contaminants are accumulating.
Step 2

Step 3
Our OF2000 will now apply a pretreatment solution to the surface of the hardwood. This solution is enzyme-powered and breaks down grime and dirt on a molecular level.
Step 4
The OF2000 continues working, as we now use our core cleaning solution to make sure every inch of your floor is clean and all the grime and dirt has been extracted.
Step 5
This is an optional step, but we highly recommend it. We can now apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This temporary, semi-gloss urethane coating helps keep the floor clean for months after application.
