How We Clean Tile and Grout

Step 1
An inspection will be done as soon as your technician arrives. This allows them to target their approach, so no piece of your tile is left dirty.

Step 2
In order to ensure that no grit or debris remains that won’t be broken down by cleaning, we vacuum the tile and grout. This also prevents anything from becoming abrasive to the floor.

Step 3
The Oxi Stone Cleaner is then applied to your tile floor. This solution breaks down the oils and dirt that cling to the surface of your tile.

Step 4
Your technician will now use our revolutionary cleaning machine to agitate the tiles and accelerate the cleaning process. This allows our cleaning to be fast and efficient, without leaving behind any of the grime that was on the floor.

Step 5
Once all of the grime has been extracted, we can focus on any grout lines that didn’t get cleaned. We do this by using our Oxi Restore process, which can target dark grout lines and get them clean.

Step 6 (Optional)
Once your tile floor is clean, we can apply a protectant to the more porous grout lines This will keep the floor cleaner longer and extend the time between appointments.
