How We Clean Hardwood Floors

Step 1
We start by doing a close inspection of the hardwood. During the examination, we’ll be looking for areas with heavy soiling that might need extra attention from us.
Step 2
We then proceed to vacuuming the hardwood floor. We do this to remove any grit and debris that could potentially scratch or otherwise damage the hardwood during our cleaning process.
Step 3
A pretreatment is then applied by our OF2000 cleaning machine to any areas with heavy soiling. The pretreatment uses strong enzymes to break through tough deposits of dirt, oil, and grime.
Step 4
After the pretreatment, we’ll use the OF2000 to apply our core cleaner. The core cleaner continues the work of breaking apart stubborn residues.
Step 5 (Optional)
After we’re done cleaning, you can opt for an extra service. We have an Oxi Floor Refinisher that can add a temporary urethane coat. This coat will keep your hardwood looking clean for longer and also give it a semi-gloss finish.
