Step 1
We will begin by inspecting the hardwood floor that you want us to clean. During this inspection, we will find the areas of the floor that have the most dirt and grime build-up on them.
Step 2
Now we will vacuum the hardwood floor. This does two things for your cleaning. The first is that it removes grit and debris that could become abrasive under the weight of our cleaning machine. Second, it removes anything our cleaning solutions won’t break down.
Step 3
Pretreatment begins when we apply an enzyme-powered solution to the thickest layers of dirt and grime on the carpet. The enzymes will break the layers down without harming the hardwood.
Step 4
Once pretreatment is finished, our core cleaning solution and the OF2000, a revolutionary cleaning machine, will be used on the floor to accelerate and finish the cleaning.
Step 5 (Optional)
If you’ve ordered it, we can now apply a protectant. Oxi Fresh uses a semi-gloss temporary urethane coating that will last for months and months.
