How We Clean Tile and Grout

Step 1
We will inspect the tile floor when we first arrive. This will allow us to have a gameplan on how to most efficiently clean your floor. We make sure that no area of the floor is dirty when we leave.
Step 2
We begin the cleaning by vacuuming your tile floor. This removes grit and debris that cleaning won’t break down. It also prevents any debris from becoming abrasive to your floor.
Step 3
Now that we have vacuumed, we will use the Oxi Stone Cleaner on your tile. This solution breaks down the clinging dirt and oils and removes the residue. If your grout doesn’t all come clean with the application of this solution, we can even use the Oxi Restore process on it.
Step 4
We will now use the OF2000, our revolutionary cleaning machine on your tile. This machine will agitate the surface of your floor to accelerate the cleaning process. We also extract all the grime that has been broken down during cleaning.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we have finished cleaning, if you should order it, we can apply a protectant to your tile floor. This protectant will help keep dirt and oils from gathering again.
