How We Clean
Wondering how we clean wood floors? Is it just fancy mopping? Not at all – Oxi Fresh follows a multi-step process to ensure high-quality cleaning. Let’s take a look at our sand-less cleaning process:
Step 1: Walk-Through
We inspect the floor, making careful notes on where the heaviest areas of grime, dirt, and oils are. Once we’re done, we’ll share our findings with you and also let you know what to expect as the final result.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
We vacuum up the hardwood, making sure to remove any debris which could cause damage to the floor later on.
Step 3: Pretreatment
The next step is the application, agitation, and then extraction of our wood floor pretreatment solution. All of this is handled by one machine – the OF2000. By applying the product, agitating the floors right away, and then extracting the solution, we’re able to get top-notch results while avoiding oversaturation of the wood.
Step 4: Main Cleaning Solution
Next, we’ll again use the OF2000 to apply our following cleaning product that wraps up the overall treatment process. Once we’re done, you’ll be left with wood floors that should look lovely and clean.
Step 5: Optional Add-on
After we’ve finished providing your hardwood floor cleaning, we can also apply a protectant to the floor. This semi-gloss urethane maintenance coat will help protect your freshly cleaned floors.
