Here’s what you can expect when you book Oxi Fresh instead of a Ken Caryl steam cleaner:
Step 1: Walkthrough
First, we’ll start the appointment by examining the carpets that you want us to clean. We do this to look for areas that have heavy soiling and might need extra attention. Once we’re done, we’ll relate our findings to you and go over whether we found anything that might impact the final result.
Step 2: Pretreatment
If we found heavy soiling during our inspection, we’ll start the cleaning process by applying a pretreatment. The pretreatment contains a special enzyme that targets trapped oils and grime. The enzyme will get to work right away, breaking down these soiling materials.
Step 3: Core Cleaning
After the pretreatment has done its job, we’ll then apply our core carpet cleaning solution. This step is a combination of two different products.
The first is an oxygenated booster that breaks up dirt. The second is a specialized encapsulator that traps debris in crystals. The crystals are important because they prevent the debris from reattaching to the fibers of your carpet.
Step 4: Clean-Up
We’ll then use the OF1000, our revolutionary cleaning machine, to pull debris out of the carpet. The machine will use its dual, counter-rotating brushes to do this.
Step 5: Professional Finish
To finish up the appointment, we’ll vacuum and groom your carpets.
