What to Expect

We make a lot of claims about our Highlands Ranch tile and grout cleanings, but what do they actually look like? What’s the process?

Let’s take a look at how Oxi Fresh will break down the dirt and oils on your home’s tile floors:

Step 1: Examination
To begin, your technician will inspect the floor that you want us to clean. We'll look for areas that might need extra attention.

Step 2: Pre-Clean
Next, we'll vacuum the tile and grout to remove any loose debris on the surface. Doing this removes potential abrasives that could score the grout during the cleaning.

Step 3: Core Cleaner
We'll then apply our Oxi Stone Cleaner. The Oxi Stone Cleaner will break down impacted dirt and oils, freeing the tile and grout from their grimy grip.

Step 4: Deep Clean
Next, your technician will use one of our cleaning machines to agitate the tile with special brushes. This thorough agitation process continues the work of the Oxi Stone Cleaner, taking apart years of clinging grime.

Step 5: Extraction
Once we’re certain the tile and grout has been thoroughly cleaned, we’ll extract the spent solution and the now broken up dirt and oils. Once this is done, your floors should look grand again.

Furthermore, if we find any grout lining with heavy staining, we can also apply our Oxi Restore product. The solution provides a deep clean for truly tough grout stains.

Step 6: Protectant (Optional)
If you want to protect the investment you're putting into your floor, then we offer an additional service – a grout protectant. The protectant will help prevent the porous material of the grout from absorbing new spots and spills.
