What to Expect

Step 1: Walkthrough
First, your technician will inspect the carpeting. We do this to identify any spots with heavy soiling that might need extra attention. Once we're done, we'll relate our findings to you and what the final results should look like.

Step 2: Applying Pretreatment
If we find areas that need extra attention, the next step will be to apply a pretreatment solution. The pretreatment solution’s enzymes will go after the oils and grime in the carpet, quickly and safely breaking them down.

Step 3: Commercial Carpet Cleaner
After the pretreatment has done its job, your technician will then apply a two-part product to the carpet. The first part is an oxygen-powered booster that continues the pretreatment’s work of breaking down dirt. The second part is an encapsulator that traps all the broken up dirt into little crystals.

Step 4: Clean-Up
We’ll then use the OF1000 to clean the carpet. The OF1000 is a revolutionary cleaning machine that uses dual brushes to deep clean, but still remains gentle and safe on your carpets. We'll use the OF1000 to agitate the carpets and lift debris up and out of the carpet pile.

Step 5: Professional Finish
To finish up, your technician will do a final vacuuming of the carpet, as well as groom it. We'll leave the company carpet looking cleaner and fresher than it has in years!
