How We Clean Tile Floors
If you’ve never had Oxi Fresh clean for you, this is what you can expect from your Boulder tile and grout cleaning.
Step 1
An inspection of the tile floor is our first step. Your technician will identify areas that need the most work and where dirt and oils are the heaviest.
Step 2
We vacuum the tiles, this allows us to remove loose grit or debris.
Step 3
Now we apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner to your tile floor. This solution frees the dirt and oil that are clinging to the surface of your tile and grout.
Step 4
Your technician will then scrub the floors with our cleaning machine. By agitating the surface of the tile and grout, the cleaning is accelerated
Step 5
We then extract the spent product and treat any remaining grout stains with Oxi Restore. Once this step concludes, the flooring should be nice and clean.
Step 6 (Optional)
In order to protect the results of your cleaning, we can now apply a protectant. This protectant is used to treat the grout lines of the floor, as they are very porous and need the most protection.
