How We Clean Hardwood Floors

Step 1
We start the appointment by doing a careful inspection of the hardwood floor that you want us to clean. During the examination, we’ll look for areas with heavy soiling that will require extra attention from us.

We then move on to vacuuming. We must remove grit and debris that could potentially damage the hardwood during the cleaning process.
Step 3
Using our OF2000 hardwood floor cleaning machine, a pretreatment will be applied to the areas with the heaviest soiling. Powered by enzymes, the pretreatment works to break down tough deposits of dirt, oil, and grime.
Step 4
Next, we use the OF2000 to apply our core cleaner. It uses dual, counter-rotating brushes to clean deep into the floorboards and leave them looking cleaner and brighter.
Step 5 (Optional)
After we’re done cleaning, you can opt for an additional service. The Oxi Floor Refinisher is a temporary urethane coating that will help keep the hardwood clean for longer and give it a semi-gloss finish that’ll last for a few months.
