How We Work

We use a multi-step tile and grout cleaning process designed to deliver a thorough cleaning that gets the results you need. Here is a breakdown of what that cleaning method looks like:

Step 1: Inspection
First, your technician will examine the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We do this to look for areas that might be damaged or need extra attention during the cleaning.

Step 2: Pre-Clean
Your technician will then vacuum the tile and grout to remove any surface-level debris. The goal is to remove any hard debris that can't be broken down by our solutions and could scratch or damage the tile during the cleaning.

Step 3: Core Cleaner
Using specialized equipment, your technician will apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner onto the tile and grout. This solution breaks down dirt and oils that are clinging to the tile and grout.

Step 4: Clean-Up
We'll then use our equipment to thoroughly agitate the tile and grout. After that, we’ll then extract the broken-down debris and product, leaving the floor looking great. If the grout lines were particularly badly soiled, we would then perform the Oxi Restore cleaning process – a more aggressive cleaning method designed to rescue grout lines.

Step 5: Optional Protectant
Once the cleaning is done, Oxi Fresh can also apply a protectant to your grout lines. This product will help protect the grout from absorbing staining materials, meaning the floor will stay looking great for longer!
