How We Clean Tile and Grout

Our tile and grout cleanings in Sedona follow a multi-step method. This ensures that we are thorough and effective with each and every cleaning.

Here is a brief overview of what to expect from our service:

Step 1: Examination of Floor
First, your technician will inspect the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We'll be looking for areas that might need extra attention. Once we're done, she'll share our findings with you and give you an idea of what to expect for the final results.

Step 2: Pre-Clean
Next, your tile and grout will be vacuumed. We do this to remove any debris that is on the surface and could damage the tile during the cleaning process.

Step 3: Apply Core Cleaner
We'll then apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner solution onto the tile and grout. This product will break down the dirt and oils clinging to the floor.

Step 4: Deep Clean the Floor
Using the OF2000 or OF1000, depending on the size of the room, we’ll thoroughly agitate the tile to break down tough residue on the tile and grout. After that, we’ll extract the spent product and broken down debris.

If we've come across any grout lines that are heavily stained, we will also treat it with our Oxi Restore process. This product is specifically tailored to remove tough grout stains.
