How We Clean Hardwood
When we offer Sedona hardwood floor cleaning, we are serious about removing grime. If you’ve never had Oxi Fresh clean your hardwood, here is what you can expect from your appointment.
Step 1: Inspection
We begin your appointment off by inspecting the floor. This allows us to target areas that require more cleaning and identify any damage before we get started.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
The cleaning then starts with your technician vacuuming the floor. This removes debris that could become abrasive during the cleaning process.
Step 3: Pretreatment
Using the OF2000 cleaning machine, we’ll treat the floors with our special pretreatment. As the product is applied, the OF2000 will also agitate the floors, resulting in a much more thorough cleaning process. Last but not least, the OF2000 will extract the product (and now dissolved dirt and oils), thus guarding the floors from overexposure to water.
Step 4: Core Cleaner
Using the OF2000, we’ll then apply (and agitate and then extract) our core cleaning solution, thus finishing up the cleaning process.
Step 5: Optional Refinisher
Once the cleaning is over, your technician can also apply the Oxi Floor Refinisher. This additional product provides a urethane-based protective coating with a lovely, semi-gloss finish.
