What Our Process Looks Like

When you book our Paradise Valley tile and grout cleaning services, we’ll use our multi-step method of cleaning to ensure we’re thorough in our job. Here’s an overview of what to expect during an appointment:

Step 1
First, your technician will inspect the tile and grout you want us to clean. We’ll be looking for areas with heavy soiling or any possible damage. Once we are done, we’ll let you know what we found and give you an idea of what to expect for the final result.

Step 2
Next, we’ll vacuum the tile and grout. We do this to remove any surface-level grit that can’t be broken down by our solutions. We also want to remove any hard debris that could potentially damage the tile during our cleaning.

Step 3
Your technician will then apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner onto the tile and grout. This solution targets and breaks down stubborn oils and dirt impacted into the tile floor.

Step 4
Then your technician will use our cleaning machine to scrub the tile and grout, breaking down the more stubborn debris with ease.

Step 5
Last but not least, we’ll extract the spent product and the now broken down debris, leaving you with fresh floors. If there is severe grout line soiling, we can also perform our Oxi Restore process that should get them back into tip-top shape.

Step 6 (Optional)
While not required, this next step is strongly recommended. We’ll apply a protectant to the grout lines that will help keep it from absorbing dirts and oils.
