But what will that look like, exactly? Here’s an overview of our process:
Step 1: Inspection of the Floors
Your technician will start by doing a walkthrough of the hardwood floors you want us to clean. We’ll be looking for areas with heavy soiling or damages. Once we are done, we’ll let you know what we found and give you an idea of what to expect as the final result.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
Next, we’ll use our equipment to vacuum the floors. This is a vital step as it removes surface-level grit. If not removed, this debris could act as an abrasive and scratch the hardwood floor during the cleaning process
Step 3: Pretreatment
Your technician will then use our specialized hardwood floor cleaning machine to apply a pretreatment product. As the machine applies the product, it’s also using dual, counter-rotating brushes to thoroughly and safely clean the floor without damaging its luster. After that, the machine then extracts the liquid and the now-loose dirt, getting the floor looking fantastic.
Step 4: Core Cleaner
Using the same machine, we’ll clean the floors again with our follow-up cleaning solution. Once we’ve finished, you should be left with a beautiful, clean hardwood floor.
Step 5: Optional Add-On
Once we’ve finished with our main stages of cleaning, you’ll have the option to select our additional Oxi Floor Refinisher service. This product adds a urethane coating that helps protect the wood and also gives it a nice semi-gloss sheen.
