If you’ve never had us clean your hardwood flooring, you probably don’t know what to expect. That’s why we want to give you a quick break-down of our Chandler hardwood floor cleaning process.

Step 1: Walk-Through
An inspection of the hardwood floor begins the process, identifying which areas will require more attention. Once we are done, we’ll review our findings with you and give you an idea of what to expect for the final result.

Step 2: Pre-Clean
Your technician will then vacuum up the floor, removing debris that could act like an abrasive during the cleaning process. Getting rid of this all will help protect the wood.

Step 3: Primary Cleaning
Using a special cleaning machine, we’ll then both apply our pretreatment while simultaneously agitating the accumulated dirt and grime. As this dual application and agitation happens, we are also extracting the spent product and the now broken down dirt. This near simultaneous application, agitation, and extraction gets quality results and keeps the floors from getting over-exposed to water.

Step 4: Follow-Up Cleaning
After the pretreatment, we’ll finish up the cleaning process with the application of a second solution. Our machine, as before, will agitate and extract the floors, leaving you with beautifully clean wood.

Step 5: Optional Add-On
A final step we offer is an optional protective coating. This urethane product is designed to keep your floors looking great for even longer and will give them a beautiful semi-gloss finish.
