Mike, our carpet cleaning serviceman was extremely knowledgeable about not only the process of his carpet cleaning service, but also the products he used in my apartment. Mike was very polite and professional. This company quoted me a price over the phone and did not charge me o e cent more the day of my carpet cleaning service. I would totally recommend OxiClean to anyone in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area or across the country.

I really appreciated the "up front" information Claudia provided when I called to make an appt. I was promptly scheduled into a morning slot for the next day. Mike, the technician, called in advance of the appt time to update me on his arrival. I really appreciated the professional evaluation I received from Mike. My carpets were a mess and he offered many options. Above all, the excellent communication and honest, professional approach were outstanding. I am more than satisfied with the interaction I had with this company and would do most certainly recommend them.

Mike did a phenomenal job on my property. He worked very hard on several stains, and was successful in removing them. He was on time, even though we had had a bad snowfall the day and night before. I have already recommended your company and Mike to a friend, and she did use your services. She was also very pleased.

LOVE it that the product doesn’t soak the carpet, pad and baseboards with water leaving a bad smell days after. THIS product cleaned very well, carpets looked fluffy and new and smelled great!
