The call center person told me a couple things that the carpet cleaner told me were just wrong. The carpet looked great when he left, but several hours later, i checked and could see the places where the dog had diarrhea. So i used my own carpet cleaner and the stain has not returned. Defeats the purpose of paying someone to do the cleaning.

Scheduling was easy with reminder texts sent and Kevin the tech was very nice. My problem was with the process itself. A proprietary spray is applied as a light mist with what amounted to a garden sprayer. The tech then began running the machine over the carpet. The unit has 2 large spinning roller brushes which does an okay job bringing up the nap but the odd part is there is no extraction of any kind. Where is the loosened soil going? Nowhere. Units you can rent like Rug Doctor or Stanley Steamer are a wet process which gives you a satisfying bucket of dirty water. The Oxi-Fresh unit just brushes the loosened dirt around-seems odd. Too be fair, our berber carpet is old and in need of replacing soon. He was done in about 20 minutes for a 13x15 family room. The carpet was dry to the touch in about an hour. That being said, we were underwhelmed.

When I phoned your sales lady said that your process would be able to move 80% of the dog here on my furniture. I don’t believe it removed even 20%. The gentleman was very nice and did his job but I was ill informed from the start.
