Kevin Thompson always does a great job with my carpets He is always on time (or early!), and he is friendly, fast and thorough. Plus, he doesn't mind it when my cat follows him around!

I asked for 5 rooms; oxy came to clean my house twice, but this time the guy asked if he can come at 2:00 on instead of the scheduled time of 3:30. I compromised and made a way for him to come. He did the living room and stairs, plus the small walkway off the stairs between the rooms and charged me )147 which is the same amount he previously charged my girl friend for all rooms. Now maybe it was because she was a female, but it was unprofessional either way. When I asked what do it cost to do the bedroom, he said $55 each, for a total of $300 but he didn’t have time to do them anyway, even though my original time was at 3:30. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYONE, I was preparing to write a letter to the franchise to let them know how they are being misrepresented. We were disappointed with the cleaning overall. Some of the stains and more trafficked areas didn't look that much better after the cleaning. The cleaning solution your serviceman applied doesn't do a deep cleaning which is what we had expected. Maybe if he had done some pre-spotting before applying the cleaning solution there would've been a difference in the carpet's appearance. Lesson learned for us, that we should've gone back to Stanley Steamer or or used a more traditional wet steam cleaning method for our carpets.
