When I call to make an appointment I specified to the person I was speaking to that my carpet needs to be vaccum first before they clean it. The day of the cleaning the tech arrived and I told him that he needed to vacuum my carpet first and he explained to me that he did not have the truck he only had his car and he was not told to vacuum the carpet. I have been living in my complex for the past 17 years and each time I get my carpet cleaned I never have to ask the tech to vacuum the carpet it is standard however, for you guys I will have to ask for the carpet to be vacuum. If I'm not mistaken I got my carpet cleaned with this company two or three times and I wasn't disappointed but this time I am very disappointed and you have lost a loyal customer.
