The person was very kind, but the photos on your website are VERY misleading. They suggest that stains can be removed by simply spraying the solution and using the silver vacuum. I ended up renting a steam cleaner and solution myself and was able to remove all the stains that your technician said he couldn't. Additionally, in the room with a bed, the technician told me he couldn't clean under it. It was truly a HORRIBLE experience. After the one room was done, I was informed that none of the stains I wanted to be removed would be removed, and that he could continue, but the result would be the same in all the other rooms. I was also told I would have to pay $125 for just the one room. This was a terrible experience, especially considering your website's misleading images that suggest otherwise.
