Excellent service, tech thoroughly explained the process and chemicals utilized. Drying took on the longer side of things, but we had multiple treatments. End result was better than expected.

Prior to the svc yesterday, I shampooed one room with a store bought Bissell. I believe I did a superior job cleaning the carpet, I was able to get stains up better than the oxi treatment but it took too long to dry and left a musty smell...which is why I called this business to help get rid of that odor. unfortunately the smell is still lingering even after it dried. Also, the second room & hall that I didn't shampoo- well, the treatment didn't really remove stains, the carpets didn't look too much cleaner after the service than they did before. the high traffic areas still looked dingy and there was a slight musty smell in my bedroom. My opinion is that the Bissell or maybe a more traditional method of carpet cleaning would improve the appearance. i left the heat on 75 degrees until 5pm - for 4 hours, kept the windows opened a crack...the carpets were dry and I vacuumed as I was instructed.
