There were several urine stains from my Chihuahua. The carpet came out beautifully. I was very happy with the fact that they were on time, were very knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend them.

I had another carpet cleaner come out to our home. The carpet is only 1 1/2 years old. One room had more traffic than the others, and another room had three small little spots. The carpet didn't come clean and the spots were still there. Before putting furniture back into the rooms, I called Oxi Fresh. They were able to come out the next day, address my concerns, and complete the job to my satisfaction. There was even an online coupon I was able to use so the cost was less than the friends and family deal I got from first carpet cleaner.
