The person on the phone was very helpful in explaining my option for cleaning the carpeted stairs (which was all I needed). Stephan arrived on time, put on foot protectors, and set to work, even cleaning the stair landing, and explained what he was doing.

Way to quick, not efficient and will hound you down about money when you have clearly communicated you aren’t satisfied with the service. Will never use these money hungry people again.

Your cleaner, Christian, was very thorough, polite, and just a real gentleman.
Did a great job getting some wine spots out that had been there through other cleanings.
I like the products. Not much odor to them, and I like the wet treatment.
Gives a better idea of clean.
