As much as I appreciate having you clean my carpet and furniture, it was not as thorough as I would like. The back of the couch was not cleaned. The furniture was not moved to clean the carpet underneath and that has always been done with my previous cleaners. It also seemed like the tech was on his phone more than he was actually cleaning. there was just no motivation or enthusiasm in his work. I never like giving bad reviews, but I hope this helps. Thank you for taking my opinion into consideration.
