The carpet and laminate flooring were only marginally cleaner. Also, the laminate floor cleaning dirtied the wall and baseboard. I had to repaint the baseboard and I'll have to see if the walls can be cleaned with water. Very disappointed!!!

Machine can’t get to the edge of the carpet like the same as a vacuum cleaner or one I can rent from a grocery store. Agent had to be asked what can be done and he hand scrubbed some area. The kid did the best he could, the machine used is not effective as it doesn’t have a hose to get the edges. Carpet isn’t as clean I as I would expect or like steam cleaning has done.

I did not go to Angie's list. I found you on my computer. I was very pleased with the job. He worked Quigly. The room and hallway look so much better.
