Lack of detail-
Didn’t get as close to the walls as I thought
A few spots got messed such as my master closet
No attempt to get under easy to move furniture

The cleaning did not take the pet smell out of the carpet even with added cost for deodorizer. The sectional smells as though the pet smell was just distributed more.
The cost was high for not getting the odor out.
Open to redo to get smells out or refund would be appreciated.
The staff was kind.
